I have taught art, sculpture and anatomy to thousands of art students for over thirty years now. I have also juried tens of thousands of pieces of art for shows contested nationally, state, county and city wide . I will be letting you in on the many things I look for when jurying an art show (as well as sharing some funny stories, art tips, featured art and artists along the way!). Sometimes big mistakes (like six fingers on a portrait) and sometimes the tiniest misplaced line can rule an otherwise beautiful art piece out of the running for an award.
